1. Services

Unlimited Chatbot provides:

  • AI WhatsApp Chatbot with ChatGPT integration

  • Facebook & Instagram Chatbot Automation

  • AI CRM & Lead Management System

  • AI Google Sheet Automation

  • Social Media Auto Posting Tools

  • Auto Lead Follow-Up Automation

  • Business Process Automation Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement

  • You will use our services only for lawful business purposes

3. Payment Terms

  • All plans are billed yearly unless otherwise specified.

  • The standard package is priced at Rs 10,000 per year (unless otherwise updated).

  • 50% advance payment may be required before setup.

  • Remaining payment must be cleared before full activation.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

4. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital and service-based nature of our products:

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued after service activation.

  • Setup fees and customization charges are non-refundable.

5. Third-Party Platform Compliance

Our services integrate with third-party platforms such as:

  • WhatsApp (Meta)

  • Facebook

  • Instagram

  • Google Services

You agree to comply with their respective policies.
We are not responsible for account suspension, bans, or restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree NOT to:

  • Send spam or bulk unsolicited messages

  • Use automation for illegal or fraudulent activities

  • Violate WhatsApp or Meta messaging policies

  • Use the system for adult, gambling, crypto scams, or restricted industries

Violation may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted services, but we do not guarantee:

  • 100% uptime

  • Error-free performance

  • Continuous availability

Downtime due to server issues, third-party APIs, or force majeure is not our liability.

8. Data & Privacy

We do not sell your business data.
However:

  • You are responsible for securing your own login credentials.

  • We are not liable for data loss caused by third-party integrations.

9. Limitation of Liability

Unlimited Chatbot shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Revenue loss

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • WhatsApp or Facebook account bans

Your use of the services is at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, automation systems, and content provided by Unlimited Chatbot remain our intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Resell without written permission

  • Copy or modify the software

  • Reverse engineer the system

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Payments are overdue

  • Misuse of automation tools is detected

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
